RALI 260 Evolution Hand Plane

RALI™ 260 Evolution Hand Plane

$267.50 CAD

The RALI™ 260 Evolution Hand Plane is the largest and heaviest of the RALI lineup, making it an excellent choice for those bigger jobs. With its traditional, British shaped handles, it gives it the "old world" feel with all the qualities of a modern woodworking tool.

The 260N is a professional, high-end tool that features a precision laminated steel sole and anti corrosion nickel steel side. Using the red lever it allows instant adjustment of blade depth by eccentric cam. It also features an adjustable throat opening. This makes it great on the job site as blades can be replaced in seconds.

Comes with 4 replaceable chrome steel blades, located under the cap in the handle, carbide blade replacements available.

Sole Dimensions: 260mm x 60mm

Instructions for adjustment with the RALI 260 can be found here.

Orders of $300 CAD or more to Canada will automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout.

A nice looking, quality feeling plane that’s not just a show piece but a working tool, that works easily. I really like the looks of the nickel sides! It works great, and I don’t have to worry about another tool that I have to sharpen!

best kept secret in woodworking

I have lee Nielsen, Stanley, Veritas planes, I prefer these because I prefer woodworking to diddling with sharpening plades all day.... plus they are calibrated 100% out of the box, zero down time, in a world where time is money, these are worth every penny....

Great Hand Planer

Have used it quite a bit already and it is very sharp and easy to setup right out of the box. Planed Black Walnut end grain for the first job and it preformed excellently.
