M+ Tersa Planer Knives are an HSS knife with a custom cutting angle to the blade that makes the knives more durable. Suitable for smaller runs of hardwoods like maple or oak.
If you are running hard woods and find M+ is dulling faster than expected, you may need to try upgrading to the Carbide Tersa knives.
